How can I place an order?

1) Order Online

Place your order online at your leisure. Creation Office spent a long time creating the beautiful website you see before you, so it would be rude not to put it through its paces. We’ve made sure you can use all the payment options available to us online, and if you do have any questions you can use our live chat to call for assistance.

2) Send a Purchase Order by Email or Post

If you have a Purchase Order, the best way to get that to us is by email. Send it through to

sales@creationofficefurniture.co.uk

and one of the team will email you a confirmation back. Simple! 

Need a quotation before you can raise a PO? Again, get in touch with us using the email address above and we'll be more than happy to oblige.

 

What are my Payment Options? 

You can pay by Card, PayPal or Bank Transfer (BACS).

We also work with Klarna to offer interest free payment plans.

To pay by Bank Transfer you need to order by Pro Forma. The best way to do this is create your shopping basket and then get in touch on the chat, email or phone and we can raise an invoice from there.

Do you price match?

We try our best to keep our prices the best in the market but we can't always get it right. If you find the same product elsewhere for less we'd love it if you could let us know. It would help us as much as it helps you and we'll do absolutely everything we can to match the best price you have found.

Do you offer discounts?

We love bigger orders, who wouldn't? If you want to order more than just a few items then please get in touch with your requirement and we'll do our best to sweeten the deal. See here for more information.

Will you take away my old furniture?

Unfortunately, our standard delivery methods don’t allow for this, but if you contact us before ordering, we can always check to see what we can do, especially on larger jobs.

Do you have any stores?

Although we’re based online, we have access to showrooms throughout the UK. Give our sales team a quick call to see if there’s one in your area.

What if I have a problem with my order?

Then it’s lucky you ordered from us. We live in the age of online retail – things go wrong, and it can be incredibly frustrating at times. We know because like you, we order online every day. Customer satisfaction is paramount here. We take service very seriously, and will do everything we can to minimise disruption, and leave you with a positive experience. If you have an issue with your order, there are 3 ways to get in touch.

  1. Live chat.  Instant response during working hours. Your problem will be taken on board by one of the team.
  2. Email. We will respond quickly, and keep you informed of the progress of your case.
  3. Phone. Call the Service Team on 01785 593 001 during working hours. We won’t keep you waiting in queues, and your problem will be dealt with immediately and with the urgency it requires.

Do you offer space planning?

Absolutely. We can plan your space, and advise which furniture would best suit your needs. See our space planning section for more information.

Can you send someone to visit our office and help with plans?

Yes, we can do this too. Usually on larger orders, but call our sales team and we can advise further on this one.
